Co2 emissions rates during the Corona virus pandemic

This shows the positive impacts of the lockdown due to corona virus outbreak which have led to decrease the Co2 emissions which decreased the air pollution rates.
Unfortunately, this decrease in is affecting the annual rates of emissions with a very small ratio, so in general, the CO2 emissions rates will still increase by maybe with a slight smaller rate.
