Satellite imagery from the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) last month showed a significant decline in the level of nitrogen dioxide concentration caused mainly by vehicles and thermal energy production centers in Wuhan, China, the origin of the new Coronavirus pandemic.
In Wuhan before the quarantine the density of the NO2 gas reached in some regions more than 500μmol/m^2 but after the quarantine the percentage disappeared in the areas where it was high.

Also, the change in NO2 rates could be more obvious when comparing between the satellite imagery of china in three different times of the years 2019 and 2020 after the Coronavirus outbreak.

These photos shows a huge drop in the NO2 rates in china after the outbreak of Covid19 which caused the lockdown of all the factories and caused the Quarantine which has greatly reduced the chances for car emissions.
