Covid19 pandemic impacts on the ozone layer
Obviously, Coronavirus outbreak had a huge impact on the ozone layer erosion issue and the ozone hole which is the cause of the global warming problem that has a huge portion of the environmental issues of the Earth. global warming- which is caused by the ozone hole- has threaten millions of animals, human and living organisms all over the years since the industrial revolution in the 19th century and the beginning of the usage of the fossil fuel.
As seen in the table above, the ozone hole at 2020 has been particularly closed due to the interruption of the harmful human activities which have led to the expansion of the hole more and more in the first place. The shape of the hole is also shown in 2018 and 2019, and it has been badly damaged and widened by harmful activities.
